Refund Policy

We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Large equipment and janitorial machinery.

  • Gift cards.

  • Some health and personal care items.

  • Special Order Requests: Items or services specially requested by a customer that are not normally stocked or available in standard quantities.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days.

Partial Refunds

  • Used Equipment: Returns on equipment that has been used will only qualify for a partial refund of 60% of the original purchase price.

  • Sale Items: Only regularly priced items can be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to officially post.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often a processing delay.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email manager@jkcleaningsupplies.com and mail the item to:

Gift Returns

  • If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Once processed, a gift certificate will be mailed.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift and was shipped to the giver first, we will refund the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
